This afternoon I received a BL-6 from Adorama.  I’m expecting another 2 from B&H tomorrow.  Recall that with the Nikon D3 and D4 series cameras the battery attaches directly to the battery chamber cover plate – lose it and you better have a back up or you are dead meat.  I am dealin’, looking for a D4 or D800 to swap for a BL-6.  I still have not heard about spare EN-EL18 batteries…spooky.
